How can I get to know people at St. Mary’s?

There are many ways to make friends at St. Mary’s. Below are just a few options:

  • Christian Formation on Sunday Mornings  
  • Wednesday Morning Bible Study – 9:30 am in Holy Family Center  
  • Supper on Wednesdays (SoW) – we gather for dinner at 6:00 pm followed by fellowship, study and other activities (school year only)
  • Women of Wednesday – fellowship group after SoW, 7-8 pm
  • Wednesday Night Men’s Bible Study – after SoW, 7-8 pm
  • Seekers Forum – make connections with others in a small group
  • Newcomer Dinners & Lunches – periodically, we host parties for our newcomers; if you’re new, watch for details and expect an invitation
  • Friday Night Fellowship (Adults) – we attend Evening prayer at 6:30 pm and then go out to dinner together at a nearby restaurant
  • Sharing Faith Dinners – each year, we gather in small groups in members’ homes for dinner and sharing of faith stories facilitated by a trained moderator
  • Supper Social – dinner hosted in parishioners’ homes on one single evening; some are all adult and some are family friendly; childcare available by reservation
  • Mom and Kids Group – moms with small children meet the second and fourth Thursday of each month for fellowship
  • Seasonal Events – attend and/or help with events that occur once/year such as Palm Cross Making; Pancake Supper; Fall Gift Market; Elder Care Events; Vacation Bible School; Epiphany Parties; Annual Parish Celebration; Blessing of the Animals; Concerts
  • Prime Timers - this 50+ age group plans occasional outings to local sites and events
  • Participate in Ministry – answer your call to ministry and become part of a team
