St. Mary's is organizing work days for people of all ages to help our neighbors by clearing debris, moving furniture, making sandwiches, providing assistance, and, most of all, prayer and a safe place for all to be welcomed.  

We have gift cards available for Walmart to be used for whatever you need.  Please contact the office at (281)370-8000 for more information or if you need any kind of assistance.

  • FEMA:  The President declared the area a disaster and opened up federal funds to be used in the area to help those affected by the flooding.  By registering, you can become eligible for funds from the government for housing, loans, and other relief measures as they become available.  Follow the links below for more information on federal aid.

    • Four State/FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) wil open at noon on Monday (5/2) in the City of Houston and Harris County for homeowners, renters, and business owners who sustained damage as a result of the April Severe Weather

  • Cypress Assistance Ministries:  St. Mary's is a partner of CAM and we refer many to them for help with food, clothes, financial assistance, and other resources.  They have expanded their outreach to help with those in need because of the flood.
  • Episcopal Relief and Development:  An agency of the Episcopal Church USA, they have people on the ground in our community already with funds available.
